Mr Goose Esq Cabernet Merlot is from Berton Vineyards in Australia whose vineyards are in High Eden, a sub region of Eden Valley, South Eastern Australia.

Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grape varieties this wine is lightly oaked with a combination of toasted and untoasted French oak. Aromas of ripe dark cherries, blackcurrants and plum blend harmoniously with the toasty oak characters of vanilla and tobacco.

Soft and full fruit flavours of plum, blackcurrant and berry follow on to a long oak touched finish.

Mr Goose Esq Cabernet Merlot is rich enough to pair with meat and soft enough to match with tomato based pasta dishes.
