MOJO PICON ROJO CANARIO 135g

Mojo Picón, also called Red Mojo, is a sauce made basically of oil, vinegar and red or ‘picona’ peppers, which give it the characteristic red colour.

Its consistency is medium, but liquid enough to impregnate the food that it accompanies. It is used to accompany potatoes, but it is also great with meat. Generally, it strengthens the flavour of blander dishes.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, water, choricero pepper pulp (15.9%), wine vinegar, fresh purple garlic (4.6%), modified startch, dried red pepper (3.2%), spices (1.6%), sugar, salt, citric acid, aroma, stabilizer: xanthan gum, natural antioxidants (E-304, E-306) Contains sulphates
