A blend of Ortega and Phoenix grape varieties, named after the beautiful ‘Pydew’ where our vineyard is situated. Tropical fruit, a touch of honey with a long citrus finish.Perfect with rich white meat dishes or with a lovely ripe soft cheese. The alcohol content is 11%.
