BODNANT RUNNY SCOTCH EGG
INGREDIENTS
Makes 12
13 eggs (1 egg for beaten egg)
1.5kg sausage meat
100g Panko bread crumbs
50g Plain flour
ALLERGENS: wheat (gluten), egg
METHOD
Boil eggs for 4.5 minutes
Set out bowls of plain flour, breadcrumbs and beaten egg
After the eggs have boiled, peel the shells
Wrap the eggs in the sausage meat (approx 125g per egg)
Roll the sausage meat in plain flour and beaten egg then dip in breadcrumbs
Fry the scotch eggs until golden brown
Allow scotch eggs to cool, then enjoy!
